Our client based in Newcastle are looking for a Plasma Operator to join an expanding team on a Permanent basis.

Package:

Rate of pay: 15.85 per hour

Working Hours : Monday - Thursday - 7:00am - 16:45pm

Pension: Match up to 6%

Production Bonus: Up to 360 per quarter

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Position:

Responsible for the safe day to day running of an allocated machine and to ensure that all manufacturing targets are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ensure all plasma cutting is carried out on time
- Ensure all profiles are of good quality to the internal / external customer
- To support and supply both internal and external customer base
- Implement and sustain 5S standards, with a target of 12+
- Achieve efficiency levels to 95% target
- Carry out all duties with due diligence.
- Carry out all duties within H&S guidelines.
- Help and support trainees and new starters.
- Complete any other duties as requested
