As a Compliance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the fleet and workforce maintain the highest standards of compliance. Working closely with our experienced managers, you’ll be at the heart of operations, helping to drive efficiency and excellence every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain full compliance for the fleet and drivers.

Oversee vehicle checks, ensuring all tasks are logged accurately.

Manage internal software to track and maintain driver and vehicle compliance.

Coordinate fleet maintenance, including servicing and MOT schedules.

Support incident reporting and assist managers in fleet-related investigations.

Handle fleet and vehicle insurance renewals, ensuring deadlines are met.

Notify relevant departments of expiring checks and driver training to guarantee prompt updates.

Actively promote continuous improvements in fleet and driver performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Excellent teamwork and relationship-building capabilities.

Competence in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Desirable Skills:

Background in customer service.

Previous experience in the transport sector.
