Morson Talent is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Construction Project Management team. Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering projects for a diverse range of clients, including funds, developers, and occupiers. Reporting directly to a Director, you will have the responsibility to lead projects from inception to completion, working on new build commercial projects and large-scale refurbishments. This is an ideal position for a proactive, self-motivated professional looking to progress within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of projects across multiple client sectors, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Select, appoint, and manage design teams to create innovative design solutions, handle planning applications, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Administer building contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Support with compiling tender documents, reviewing returns, negotiating contracts, and providing regular client updates.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including fee schedules, risk assessments, and master budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage complex contracts, resolving disputes, implementing change management processes, and ensuring project controls are in place.
  • Contribute to business development both internally and externally, assisting in securing new and profitable work.
Ideal Candidate:
  • MRICS or similar Project Management qualification.
  • Extensive experience delivering project management services on new build commercial buildings and large-scale refurbishments (particularly office spaces).
  • Proven track record in leading projects ranging from £2m to £50m+.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to successfully manage complex and high-value projects from start to finish.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with exceptional communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.
