Freelance Quantity Surveyor, Newcastle, part-time 3 days per week

Unite People Build is looking to assign a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our key construction clients in the North East, Newcastle area on a construction project. Part-time assignment 3 days per week. This role would suit someone either looking for a 3 day per week contract or a QS that is already committed to 2 days per week with another contractor and seeking another part-time contract

• Outside of IR35 subject to Status Determination Statement questionnaire
• Knowledge of construction interiors packages preferred
• Circa 9 month contract
• 330 to 370 per shift

• Work autonomously without supervision, direction or control
• Valuations, variations, change control
• Payments
• Monthly reporting
