Job Title: Residential ConveyancerSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 + BonusLocation: Newcastle (Hybrid Working)Hours: Full Time

We’re looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience in handling a full case load. You’ll manage a variety of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more, working autonomously from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own case load of residential property transactions.
• Handle all stages of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to post-completion.
• Provide clients with expert advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Communicate with clients, third parties, and colleagues to resolve any issues and progress transactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a case load with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to handle client queries and provide clear updates.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with freehold, leasehold, new build, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity is preferred.
