LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - ON SITE

Our client, a city based Sales and Lettings estate agency, is seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property rentals, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of the real estate business. The office is based in Newcastle town centre and provides parking.

*Duties*

- Source properties for letting purposes

- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants

- Negotiate letting agreements between parties

- Manage the advertising of property listings on various platforms

- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions

- Provide accurate and timely information on properties and market trends

- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other administrative tasks

*Requirements*

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

- Previous Lettings experience in a UK estate agency

- Strong organisational skills to manage property listings and client interactions efficiently

- Proficient in administrative tasks related to property transactions
