The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering excellent customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants.
  • Answering enquiries by phone and email.
  • Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements.
  • Ensuring all GDPR processes are carried out correctly.
  • Sending out property details to applicants.
  • Contacting vendors and completing AML checks.
  • Booking and conducting sales and lettings viewings.
  • Providing correct notice to tenanted/occupied properties.
  • Negotiating offers on properties for sale and let.
  • Agreeing sales for properties, requesting proof of funds, supporting documents and solicitors’ details.
  • Working to agreed targets and deadlines and reporting on daily results to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings.
  • Keeping up to date with operational updates and other company communications.
  • Being aware of legislative changes within the sales and lettings industry and within the company.
  • Liaising directly with the Vendors and Landlords on a weekly basis.
  • Exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Completing tasks set as part of a negotiator’s daily role.
