Head of Sales (Estate Agency, Property, New Homes)
Basic 38-40k, OTE c70k
An exciting new position and superb opportunity to join a well established and highly regarded Estate Agency. The successful candidate will have a proven background from within the sector and will be tasked with seeking out and winning new clients and development opportunities. This is a regional role covering County Durham, Tyneside and Northumberland.
The role will suit a naturally outgoing, motivated and ambitious person. A confident networker able to build a strong and effective social media presence as well as able to seek out and establish rapport with other professionals such as solicitors, architects etc, able to monitor online portals to track and follow up opportunities whilst building up and managing your team.
The successful candidate will cover an area from South Durham to Northumberland, and must be prepared to travel when required. You will have a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to really help the business grow to the next level.
Some weekend working will be required. The company offer a competitive basic salary and commission structure giving realistic OTE of c70k, laptop and mobile phone etc supplied.
