Reed are working with a fantastic company who are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly team!

Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm, full time, salary between 24-26k DOE.

Hybrid working options once settled in the role.

What would you be doing?

  • Managing an inbound line, answering calls from residents with property issues. 
  • Dealing with customer enquires including email and through customer portals.
  • Sometimes covering enquiries relating to other areas of the business (as and when required).
  • Ensuring that there is a professional and continuous customer experience.
  • Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Management of set budgets. 
  • Liaising with other departments/contractors.
  • Helping to assist arrangement of property inspections.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
