Are you an enthusiastic, professional and customer focused individual seeking an exciting opportunity as a Receptionist / Building Host?

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be manage the business centre front of house, and will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. Your role will include front of house duties, however this opportunity is super varied and you can get involved in some great initiatives - supporting with events (including the annual festival), overseeing social media, managing administration duties, and providing facilities support.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8:30AM - 6.00PM, 1 hour unpaid lunch, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide effective administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meeting rooms, email inbox management, and general office tasks.
  • Reception & Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, calls and emails, manage building services inquiries, and resolve issues through various communication channels.
  • Event and Space Management: Oversee event space setup, manage changes, and support event hosting, including large events like the annual festival.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Handle social media management and assist with website updates and content creation.
  • Tenant and Office Support: Assist with new tenant inquiries, office setup, and support the Centre Manager with front of house management and tenant liaison.
  • Financial and Building-Based Tasks: Manage basic financial tasks and assist with various building-related tasks.

Full training will be provided - Personality is key for this role!
