The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Head of Talent in delivering the global recruitment strategy and will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and related activities. This is a temporary contract for 3 months.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans aimed at attracting and retaining top talent across global locations
- Manage social media, job boards, and other digital channels to advertise roles and source candidates
- Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the successful filling of specialist positions
- Drive a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding phase
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the experience for both successful and unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and telephone interviews to assess suitability, experience, and skillsets
- Coordinate and support all interview stages, ensuring they reflect the company's brand and values
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through a variety of initiatives and platforms, including social media
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong recruitment brand
- Utilise your network, industry knowledge, and relationships to build and sustain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team to advance the company's DE&I strategy by implementing effective policies and practices
- Develop partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and external organisations to deliver internships, work experience, and early career programmes
- Oversee the management of a customised Applicant Tracking System (ATS), using data to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Support the development and communication of the Employer Value Proposition in collaboration with the broader HR team
- Ensure transparency and fairness in all internal recruitment activities, including managing vacancies, secondments, and promotions
- Provide regular reports and management information on recruitment metrics and performance
- Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR initiatives and projects
Profile
- Experience of working in an in-house recruitment role
- Proficient in HR systems, including an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of talent attraction and talent pipeline development
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000
- 3 month temporary contract
- Hybrid working (2 days office-based, 3 days working from home)
