They are a growing team and are looking to employ the best talent available.You will join a target-driven, dynamic and motivated team, and will be responsible for developing your designated area on the Technical & Engineering division. Working with the Branch Manager you will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall branch revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations.Role & Responsibilities include:Delivering recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients.Forming and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients to ensure we are their recruitment partner of choice.Strategically convert new business and maximise every available opportunity.Developing and building long-term relationships with candidates & clients based on trust and delivery.You will: -Demonstrate good experience in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships preferably with passive candidates, and previous delivery against sales targets.Have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move.Possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills is essential as is a confident personality.They offer realistic progression and promote from within wherever possible.
