This is a full 360 recruitment role, where your core responsibilities will centre around working closely with trusted clients to provide the best candidates for their upcoming projects. This will include generating/ managing relationships with companies through business development - understanding their needs/ requirements, and coordinating recruitment processes to ensure they add the most effective resources to their team. Your role will also involve networking across your market with experienced candidates to understand their career objectives, and locate the optimal job opportunities to match. You will become a market specialist in your technology, with the ability to provide expert understanding/ insight into industry trends.
Full training is provided - our training programme provides both experienced and new sales professionals with a development program covering business development, client and candidate management, contract negotiation, B2B sales and recruitment best practices.
Our interactive training program is a mix of seminar style courses, coaching on-the-job, personal development plans and a dedicated senior mentor.
