The companyNigel Wright are pleased to be working with an international food manufacturing business who are looking to grow the NPD team, with the recruitment of a Graduate Development Technologist. A leading, private label manufacturing, with an international presence who pride themselves at being the forefront of innovation. Although this role is based in the North East, the role will influence and partner across all their international sites. Sitting in the Central NPD team, this is a great opportunity for an ambitions Graduate looking for that first step into a career in food manufacturing. The roleWorking with a number of stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of a multitude of development projects (both NPD and EPD). You will demonstrate a commercial and creative mindset, seeking to maintain & improve competitive advantage by being attuned to ongoing developments in new materials and processes, competitor activity and market trends, in the associated categories.The personFor this exciting position, we are looking for someone who has recently graduated from university with a food related degree. Some experience working within NPD or food manufacturing would be beneficial, but is by no means essential.
