Although this role is based in the North East, the role will influence and partner across all their international sites. Sitting in the Central NPD team, this is a great opportunity for an ambitions Graduate looking for that first step into a career in food manufacturing. The roleWorking with a number of stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of a multitude of development projects (both NPD and EPD). You will demonstrate a commercial and creative mindset, seeking to maintain & improve competitive advantage by being attuned to ongoing developments in new materials and processes, competitor activity and market trends, in the associated categories.The personFor this exciting position, we are looking for someone who has recently graduated from university with a food related degree. Some experience working within NPD or food manufacturing would be beneficial, but is by no means essential.
