Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and company goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to realize these opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
