Description
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial reporting and compliance needs are met.
- Perform and review audits of financial statements.
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Profile
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
- ACA/ACCA/ICAS/AAT qualified
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Leadership skills and experience in coaching and developing others.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
