35,000 per annum + uncapped commission, realistic OTE 2-4k per month
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing fintech business. You'll be responsible for the growth and development of the Newcastle territory, focusing on SMEs businesses who are looking to grow.

The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager -
- Manage and develop your own territory
- Networking and prospecting through various sources including Linkedin, data sources and door to door
- Attending meetings with potential clients weekly
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Working with clients throughout the sales process and onboarding to ensure an excellent level of service
Experience needed for this Business Development Manager role -
- Previous experience within business development and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven individual
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Computer literate with using internal CRM systems
