Description

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Manage organisational payroll
  • Prepare and update expense reports
  • Process invoices and implement payment processes
  • Record and update financial information in the database
  • Collaborate with the team to develop financial plans and ensure adherence to them

Profile

The successful Finance Administrator will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
