- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with budget preparation
- Manage organisational payroll
- Prepare and update expense reports
- Process invoices and implement payment processes
- Record and update financial information in the database
- Collaborate with the team to develop financial plans and ensure adherence to them
Profile
The successful Finance Administrator will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
