We are recruiting for a Classroom Supervisor for an Ofsted rated 'Good' 11-18 Secondary School in the Newcastle / North Tyneside area, to work on an on-going basis this academic year!

Your role & responsibilities:

? Deliver pre-set lessons and materials in the absence of the main class teacher

? Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for pupils

? Follow and implement the school’s Safeguarding and Behaviour policies

? Liaise with the school’s Cover Manager to provide feedback on classes

? No planning or marking required

Non-negotiables:

? Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people - preferably in an educational setting

? Graduate-level qualification

? Passion for education

? Hard-working and reliable
