Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee/manage the service department, plan and implement improvements, manage staff, and handle customer complaints for this independent specialist workshop.
You must have:
- Previous service manager experience in franchise dealership is preferred.
- Strong Leadership.
- Front of house experience.
- Great customer service.
- Monitoring cost
- Be IT literate.
- Monitor quality control.
- Must be able to train and coach staff.
- Assist with workshop job allocation.
An understanding of parts and multi franchised experience is preferred.
