The successful Service Supervisor / Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer will lead on-site projects across the UK, supervising electrical and mechanical engineers, and overseeing the installation of custom engineering equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) , heat pumps, chillers, and smart controls. Extended on-site stays will be required to ensure timely project completion.
The Service Supervisor / Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer will ideally have experience in electrical engineering, SSSTS certification, and expertise in projects involving Air Handling Units (AHUs) or related products. The role requires the ability to supervise electrical engineers and flexibility for UK and European travel.

- Lead site-based projects, including AHU refurbishment, testing, commissioning, and electrical installations for Air Handling Units (AHUs), heat pumps, chillers, smart controls, or similar electrical equipment.
- Supervise and manage teams of electrical and mechanical engineers on retrofit and maintenance projects.
- React quickly to on-site issues, providing proactive solutions in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation for electrical engineering projects, including RAMS, service records, and client quotations.
- Train and support Electrical Engineers, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Fully remote covering UK, Ireland with occasional visits to the office near Newcastle when required.
- Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure project success.
- Experience as a Service Supervisor, Installation Supervisor, Electrical Installation Manager, Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, Site Manager or similar with a strong electrical bias.
- SSSTS qualification along with an Electrical engineering qualification (degree, apprentice-trained, 18th Edition or similar) is desirable.
- Electrical Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, and Service Engineers with AHU experience seeking progression are encouraged to apply.
- Electrical experience with AHUs, heat pumps, chillers, smart controls, or similar electrical equipment, along with familiarity with site-based work.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal departments, contractors, and service teams, to ensure project success.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with the possibility of extended stays (Monday-Friday).
