What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 - 19 years with their care and education.
- Support Children and young people with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism and mental health
- Enabling our learners to participate in activities and have fun outside of school hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite.
- Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date
- Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
