- Provide administrative support to the Community Safety team.
- Respond to tenancy and ASB-related queries via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct home visits in response to ASB or compliance concerns.
- Support investigations into ASB and tenancy breaches.
- Prepare reports from CCTV and noise monitoring equipment for legal proceedings.
- Work with external agencies such as the police, local authorities, and social services.
- Maintain and monitor records and databases to support service delivery.
- Experience in administration and customer service (Essential).
- Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance (Desirable).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
