Salary – £24,902 per annumRole SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Assistant to join a dedicated housing team. This role will support the delivery of tenancy and estate management services, ensuring compliance with housing policies and assisting in tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB).Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Safety team.
  • Respond to tenancy and ASB-related queries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct home visits in response to ASB or compliance concerns.
  • Support investigations into ASB and tenancy breaches.
  • Prepare reports from CCTV and noise monitoring equipment for legal proceedings.
  • Work with external agencies such as the police, local authorities, and social services.
  • Maintain and monitor records and databases to support service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and customer service (Essential).
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance (Desirable).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
