We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Children's Social Worker to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, and helping them thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
- Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and professionals.
- Providing advice and support to families to promote positive outcomes.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in line with statutory responsibilities.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams, including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework.
About You:
- Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with [insert relevant regulatory body, e.g., HCPC/Social Work England].
- Experience: Demonstrable experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
