Full Stack Developer

  • Mostly remote Full Stack Developer position just 3 days per month on site in Cramlington, near Newcastle.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to work on software applications for life cycle project management within the Energy Technology sector. The Software Developer team helps to develop high performing, scaling, innovative applications.

They collaborate with system engineers, product owners and engineering subject matter experts to create unique products. As Full Stack Developer, you will participate within a Software Alliance community such as UX Design, Data Science, Agile Practitioners.

The Full Stack Developerjob will involve:

  • Writing clean, scalable code using C#/Type Script programming languages
  • Developing end-to-end applications using Angular/.net
  • High level autonomy, with support when needed
  • Developing technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture with strong attention to detail
  • Working side by side with technical experts with input into the specification, design and implementation process
  • Applying software development life-cycle principles and methodologies such as Agile and Kanban, to continuously improve our code and processes

This Full Stack Developerjobs role will suit:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or a related Technology discipline or show equivalent, demonstrable work experience
  • Demonstrate experience with Back-End development frameworks such as C# / .net
  • Demonstrate experience with Front-End development frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue
  • Have experience of working in an agile environment and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment
  • Displaying knowledge of Relational/NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB is advantageous
  • Showing experience in developing Object-Oriented software using standard practices such as unit testing is advantageous
