- A qualified lawyer with 4+ PQE in commercial contracts and public procurement (open to either Associate or Senior Associate level).
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues in complex contractual documents.
- A genuine interest in commercial contracts and public procurement, particularly in the public sector.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with colleagues in a national team across various offices.
- You’ll work on essential commercial contracts for public bodies such as healthcare organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Central Government, National Highways, Social Care, and Medicare.
