Are you a skilled Roofing Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide expert solutions? Do you have the technical knowledge to assess roofing and insulation systems, combined with the confidence to engage clients and drive business growth?
We’re looking for a Surveyor with Sales Savvy to join our expanding team! This role combines technical surveying expertise with commercial awareness, offering excellent earning potential and career progression.
The Role:- Conduct detailed roofing and insulation surveys for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide accurate reports, recommendations, and quotations for remedial and upgrade work.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and identifying additional service opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, building regulations, and best practices.
? Proven experience in roofing and/or insulation surveying (domestic or commercial).? Strong knowledge of roofing structures, insulation materials, and energy efficiency solutions.? A sales-aware approach - ability to identify opportunities and communicate value to clients.? Excellent report writing and communication skills.? Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
