- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as the DWP, to promote and generate interest for our client's pre-employment / AEB programmes.
- Report on activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets.
- Identify and recruit learners, support with enrolment and completion of initial assessments and IAG.
- Work to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referrals.
- Promote our client as the provider of choice, through community events and social media.
- Ensure information systems are kept up to date, with clear and detailed records relating to each learner.
- Manage your own diary effectively.
- Must have experience of working within a similar Learner Engagement/Recruitment role.
- Experience in building / maintaining relationships with referral partners
- Must have a good understanding of AEB/SSU contracts.
- Good communication skills across a variety of methods: face to face, on-line and by phone.
- Proven experience of working towards KPI’s and targets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
- Full, clean driving licence
