Are you an experienced Recruitment Business Manager ready to take your career to the next level? Or perhaps you're a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant eager to step into a management role? This is your chance to shine!

This will be managing a small team covering Accountancy and Finance recruitment across Newcastle. This will be a billing Business Manager role, where you will be managing the Finance desk, doing permanent, interim and contract recruitment.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + £2k car allowance, uncapped commission and team bonus!

We offer hyrbid working, where you will work three days in the office, two days from home.
