Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Sales ledger billing, coding and posting of purchase invoices, collection of all authorised credit card expenses, analysis and accurate nominal posting; raising queries with suppliers to request credits; weekly payment runs; supplier statement reconciliations; cash posting; raise direct debit collections; collect outstanding monies; produce weekly debtor reports; management accounts support including prepayment and accruals; general finance administration; petty cash reconciliation.
