Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and leading business within the Engineering industry. They have an ongoing project which has opened up an exciting vacancy for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team.

Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
  • Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • Processing Payment runs
  • Create new supplier accounts
  • Process payments
  • Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
  • Liaising with different departments

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Existing Purchase Ledger experience - Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Pro-active with a can do approach - Required
  • Good interpersonal skills - Required
