Credit Controller, Newcastle under Lyme, Permanent, £28,000 (9 Month FTC)

Our client is a prestigious global online retailer, and they are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team to cover a period of 9 months maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that endeavour to support their staff and succeed in what they do. Based in the heart of Newcastle under Lyme, they have easy transport links and are based in newly refurbished offices. As the Credit Controller you will report directly into Credit Control Manager. Daily duties will include:

Oversee all payments and credit activity

Responsible for banking and refunds

Managing the credit control cycle in the absence of the credit control manager

Completing finance agreements with clients

Chase outstanding payments via phone, email and letter

Encouraging early repayment where appropriate

Ensure all data entry is accurately inputted and updated

Send invoices accordingly

Feedback findings or concerns to the Credit Control Manager

The ideal candidate will be well organised, have the ability to use their own initiative, confident and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will also be self-motivated and proactive and have excellent IT skills. An exciting opportunity not to missed!
