About the Company:

Our client is a growing firm that provides professional, detailed, and holistic financial advice to a diverse range of clients. They specialise in wealth management for individuals and corporate services for company directors and their employees. Their areas of expertise cover all aspects of financial planning, including mortgages, savings and investments, insurance and protection, retirement, and pension planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a progressive firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Office Managers and Financial Planners.
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant service to clients.
  • Offer comprehensive customer service in a professional and timely manner.
  • Obtain provider information (LOA) and compile it with client illustrations to assist advisers and enable paraplanners to produce detailed reports.
  • Run Risk Profiler results using FE Analytics.
  • Process new business following adviser handover.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is on file and provided by the adviser prior to submission.
  • Track and manage plans and activities to completion.
  • Handle a variety of business types, primarily investments, pensions (including transfer business), protection, and occasional mortgages.
  • Assist with research and prepare FE Analytics fund switch reports (including charge schedules) in line with adviser recommendations.
  • Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client review appointments.
  • Prepare review checklists for adviser/client meetings and half-yearly valuation reports.
  • Provide Post Review Summary reports to clients after adviser handover.
  • Process withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients/advisers, ensuring written confirmation and authentication.
  • Maintain accurate client data and records in back-office systems.
  • Liaise with clients and assist with queries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, post, franking, and handling phone calls.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Administrator.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality service.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and reliability.
