MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assemble doors of varying sizes with various hardware to be attached.
- To use hand and air tools to assemble products.
- To meet daily production targets.
- To achieve required quality standards.
- To follow health and safety processes and procedures.
- To resolve assembly issues efficiently.
- To liaise with Supervisors.
- To follow manual handling procedures when lifting and carrying doors.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, that a safety-first culture is embedded and respected.
- Ensure Quality procedures are adhered to, that continuous improvement and a right first time better every time mentality is encouraged.
SKILLS
- Competent use of hand and air tools (grinder, drill, screwdriver, tape measure).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel).
- High attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
