Claims Handler – Contents and GadgetHave you worked with mobile phone or gadget insurance claims? If so, this could be the job for you!We are looking for people to work on a Hybrid basis for a growing claims company. Where: Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5When: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £22,500pa - £24,000pa DOEWhat you will be doing:

Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers.
Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim
Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service

What we need from you:

Previous customer service experience
Previous Insurance industry experience (Household) - desirable but not essential
Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
Good communication skills
Good organisation skills
