Job title: Account Manager B2B

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

The role:

Responsible for generating B2B income and achieving targets in the UK, you will source, promote, manage, and build relationships with UK-based businesses. The goal is to drive sales of our products, contributing to the growth of the Eurostar business and brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new clients via telephone, email, and digital communications such as Skype.
  • Record communications and contact points in the CRM system.
  • Maintain and update all client information in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate sales-based pricing.
  • Upsell products and build orders.
  • Develop relationships and foster business growth.
  • Monitor and increase sales levels to customers.
  • Work towards KPIs to achieve sales targets.
  • Visit clients when necessary for business development.
  • Identify and engage new customers/clients.
  • Build client profiles.
  • Represent the company at UK exhibitions.
  • Foster high levels of employee engagement and team spirit.
  • Build trust and credibility to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and managers.
  • Complete sales orders and job cards for the warehouse as needed.
  • Process orders when required.
  • Conduct sales forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Create bespoke stock offers for clients.
  • Respond to inbound information requests.
  • Proactively check shipment status and monitor deliveries.
  • Work within operational structures for client services on advanced replacements.
