  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of pupils.

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Support pupils with personal care needs, if required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
