Permanent opportunity to join our client who are a well-established thriving and very successful estate agents based in Newent. Due to continued growth and business success, they are currently looking to recruit a full time Property Maintenance Administrator to join the existing supportive and friendly team on a permanent basis.

Whilst office and admin skills will be key for this role, previous experience in the property industry is not necessary as full training on the role and processes will be provided. As you will be attending in-person visits at client properties, it is essential that you maintain a professional appearance and have your own car and driving licence.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting inventory checks of properties for tenants’ arrival and departure.

- General office administration.

- Handle email and phone correspondence, and enquiries from walk in clients.

- Carry out periodic property inspections and sending relevant reports to landlords.

- Assist with deposit return process.

- Assist the wider team with managing the current property portfolio.

- Conducting viewings.

- Handle landlord and tenant enquiries.

- Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Candidate Attributes:

- Strong organisational skills

- Full driving license and own car

- Smartly presented

- Professional communication skills - both written and verbal

- Positive attitude

- Ability to keep calm under pressure

Salary: Confidential (able to disclose upon application)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm + one half day Saturday a month 9am - 12.30pm
