We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Account Managers with various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring that all client interactions are managed effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:- Record meeting action points and coordinate these with the Account Managers and customers, ensuring that briefs and samples are sent in a timely manner.
- Enter new briefs onto our computer system as required.
- Coordinate formulas and prices with our factories in the UK, China, and India.
- Maintain accurate pricing and price breaks on our system.
- Prepare samples and presentations for customers, ensuring all documentation is correct, including Health & Safety, Regulatory, and code numbers.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers in collaboration with the Account Managers.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as guided by the Department Manager.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work.
