Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to join an upcoming business, currently managing 3 different sites working in a fulfilling and important sector, in a diverse role where no two days are the same, where you can progress within your IT career within a stable and fun environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading IT solutions company, working to deliver critical IT support to a Multi-Academy Trust, securing the vital learning of primary, secondary and post-16 students.
In this role you will be an integral member of the IT team, who is able to maintain important IT applications of a Multi-academy Trust such as SIMS, travelling between 3 sites to deliver essential IT support. You will need to diagnose and resolve IT issues for staff and students alike. Knowledge of Cisco Meraki Lan/Wi-Fi infrastructure is also a bonus.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with previous experience in a similar role, looking to expand upon their skills and proficiency, with progression opportunities available within the company.
The job:
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365, active directory, windows server and OS, audio/visual systems and carrying out PC hardware repairs
- Communicating and collaborating with non-technical users
The person:
- Able to work well on their own with strong problem solving skills
- Must have UK full driving licence and a car
- Based in or Newhaven easily commutable to
