Sonic Summary

This role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and managing samples efficiently.
Key responsibilities include recording meeting action points, coordinating with Account Managers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of briefs and samples.
The position requires entering new briefs into the computer system and coordinating formulas and pricing with factories in the UK, China, and India.
Candidates are expected to maintain accurate documentation for samples and uphold a good working relationship with customers.
The role requires 2-3 years of experience, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

This role is to support the sales team with their administration and to ensure samples are managed in the required time frame.

Recording meeting action points and co-ordinating these with the Account Managers and Customers. This will include ensuring Briefs and Samples are sent in a timely manner.
Enter new Briefs onto the computer system when required.
Coordinate formulas and prices with UK, China and Indian factories.
Ensure that pricing and price breaks are maintained on the system.
Prepare samples and presentation for customers
Ensure that all documentation for samples are correct, including H&S, Regulatory and code numbers.
Maintain and develop a good working relationship with our customers, working with the Account Managers
