We are currently seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Newmarket. You will be a crucial member of the team providing administrative support to clients. This will be a full-time maternity position based in Newmarket.
As the Administrative Assistant you will be:
- Organising and maintaining documents using a dedicated software system
- Developing and maintaining documents and records
- The first point of contact for clients
- Managing client files
- Scheduling appointments
As the Administrative Assistant you will have:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using office software and good keyboard skills
