Architectural Technician Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Degree/HNC/ONC or equivalent qualification in architecture
- Proven experience in technical design for large-scale residential projects on behalf of House Developers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD to a high standard is essential
- Familiarity with Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The incoming Architectural Technician will be offered a highly competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000, commensurate with experience.
