Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team based in Newmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers resolve inquiries effectively. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive top-notch assistance, support, and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department or management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company.

Skills Required:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
