- Dealing with client enquiries
- Updating and guiding clients through an administrative process
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Dealing with queries, emails and updates from clients
- Conducting regular face to face video calls with clients
- Helping to run the Department, including overseeing a team of staff members
- Experience of working in a Senior Administrative support role with experience of delegating or supervising people
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication
- Great IT skills
