Broster Buchanan are looking for a progressive Part qualified Management accountant / Finance Business Partner to join a growing Manufacturing business in Newmarket. The role; 
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with Accounting Policies and Standards.
  • Oversee site financial reporting, including preparation of the monthly control file and trial balances, ensuring accuracy and mitigating financial risk.
  • Lead preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet analysis with actionable insights.
  • Ensure standard costs are maintained and implemented across the product range, providing accurate production cost analysis and material variance reporting.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Act as a financial partner to the Site MD and operational teams, translating financial data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance to help optimize production efficiency, cost structures, and operational workflows.
You;
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part qualifed 
  • Commercially astute with a strong ability to bridge finance and operations, delivering insights that drive business performance.
  • Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where priorities shift.
  • Resilient and confident, able to constructively challenge management teams and operational leaders while fostering collaboration.
