- Provide proactive and customer-focused IT support, promoting IT services through positive engagement.
- Maintain accurate asset records throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Offer technical support across various systems, including Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, ensuring IT processes are consistently followed.
- Create and maintain IT process and procedure documentation.
- Support the Enterprise Application team with issue triage and user assistance.
- Offer desktop and application support, managing and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and associated software.
- Install and maintain hardware and software on servers.
- Collaborate with 3rd party support providers to resolve technical issues.
- Install, repair, and configure hardware and software for desktops and laptops.
- Assist with hardware procurement and IT projects.
- Proven 1st & 2nd line IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune.
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of PC hardware and software configuration.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and methodical, able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- This role is on site 5 days a week.
- You must have access to your own vehicle.
- You must have eligibility to work in the UK.
