We are working with an outstanding manufacturing business seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a small, dedicated team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide leadership, offer training and support, and be part of a long-standing and successful team.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Project departments to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the team in maintaining an organised, efficient workspace.
- Ensure the warehouse is fully prepared for quarterly stocktakes.
- Oversee stock control and manage stocktake governance.
- Organise material stockholding and ensure accuracy during stocktakes.
- Investigate and resolve stock-related issues, ensuring accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse management is essential.
- FLT licenses are highly desirable.
- A proactive, ambitious "can-do" attitude with strong leadership skills.
