We are proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to hire a full time Payroll Coordinator ensuring the weekly and monthly payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processes for approx. 500 employees
- Processing weekly timesheets
- Deal with payroll queries in a calm, considerate and professional manner
- Check and calculate overtime, bonuses, shift allowances, SMP, SSP, SPP etc
- Process employee expenses
- P11D, P60 and P45 updates and production
- Process starters and leavers documentation
- General administration
Your core skills and attributes as a Payroll Coordinator include:
- End-to-end Payroll
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- Microsoft Excel
- Organisation
