We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers for both short-term and long-term placements in local primary schools. We have opportunities available for full-time and part-time positions, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that nurtures both academic progress and social development.
- Maintain high standards of classroom discipline through effective behaviour management strategies.
- Quickly adapt to different school settings, building strong relationships with students and staff.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure all student work is marked appropriately.
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to ensure a smooth and productive teaching experience.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring full inclusion and active engagement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
- A strong grasp of the primary curriculum and a dedication to high-quality teaching and learning.
- Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to build positive student relationships.
- Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on children's learning and development.
